If the name associated with your unique invitation link is not yours, your guarantor's, or an alternate legal name that you or your guarantor use, please do not accept the invitation.
Please contact your community's leasing office to:
1. Tell them the name on the invitation you received so that they can verify details on that person's account.
2. Make sure that the email address and name they have on file for you is correct.
Once information is corrected in their system, you should receive a new RoomSync invitation within 24 hours.
