Browser Check. Make sure you are using the most updated version of your browser or try a different browser - we support Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Exploder 8 & above.


Cookie Settings. Please make sure your cookie settings are set to "Allow third party or all cookies."

If updating or changing browser does not fix the problem, please email support@roomsync.com with the following:

  • Your community (college or apartment complex)
  • The text you see on this page
  • A description and a screenshot of the issue you are experiencing
