I sent or received a roommate request but now I don't see the request?

Incoming Requests


When another user requests you to be roommates, you will see the roommate request under 'Incoming Requests' in the Room tab.

If you no longer see a request you received, it could be because:
  • The other user completely filled their room with other roommates before the request was accepted. (If this happens, the request is removed from your Room tab because that roommate is no longer available to you as it would overfill your floorplan capacity.)
  • The other user was removed from your matching network.
  • The other user switched floorplans within your matching network.
  • The other user rescinded the request.

Outgoing Requests


When you request another user to be roommates, you will see the roommate request under 'Outgoing Requests' in the Room tab.

If you no longer see a request you sent, it could be because:
  • The other user completely filled their room with other roommates before the request was accepted. (If this happens, the request is removed from your Room tab because that roommate is no longer available to you as it would overfill your floorplan capacity.)
  • The other user was removed from your matching network.
  • The other user switched floorplans within your matching network.
  • The other user declined the request.
