I joined RoomSync and it was working fine but now is asking for a passcode - what happened?

If you have already joined RoomSync and now the app is asking for a passcode or having you go back through the network join process, this likely means that you logged into RoomSync with a different Google, Facebook, or Apple account than what you first registered with.

Logout of the app and log back in with your original Facebook, Google, or Apple account and see if it is still asking for a passcode.

If you have created a second account by mistake, please email support@roomsync.com with your full name and which service (Google, Facebook, or Apple) you created your second account with and we can remove this account for you.
