How to reset apple id password on iPhone or iOS device?
If you have two-factor authentication enabled on your Apple ID account, you can reset your apple password online from any trusted Apple device (already linked to your Apple account). You can do the same with the help of a passcode that is already enabled.

1. Borrow someone's iPhone, iPad, or iPod for a while.
2. From their phone, open the Find My iPhone app to proceed.
3. Make sure that the Apple ID field is blank when the Sign In screen appears.
4. If you see someone else's username by default, delete it.
